Dazzle Sapphire is a multi-faceted chunky glitter art gel from the Gel Play® Dazzle Collection, featuring rich sapphire blue glitter accented with iridescent, multicoloured sparkle.

As the glitter catches the light, flashes of shifting colour emerge throughout the deep sapphire tone, creating a dimensional effect that changes with movement, lighting, and the colour applied beneath. Dazzle Sapphire can be layered over gel colour for customized effects, applied selectively for sparkling accents, or built in multiple thin applications for greater glitter coverage.

Dazzle Sapphire is part of the Gel Play® Art Gel System. Compatible across Akzéntz® gel systems when used as directed.

Recommended Use

Dazzle Sapphire can be applied over a cured gel colour or enhancement for layered glitter effects, or built in multiple thin applications for greater glitter coverage and dimension. The colour underneath, glitter placement, and number of layers can be adjusted depending on the desired finished effect.

Step 1:
Before application, thoroughly stir Dazzle Sapphire to ensure the multi-faceted glitter particles are evenly distributed throughout the gel.

Step 2:
Complete the service according to the appropriate Akzéntz® system protocol. Apply and cure the desired base colour if using Dazzle Sapphire as a layered effect.

Step 3:
Using an appropriate Akzéntz® art brush, apply Dazzle Sapphire in a thin, controlled layer. Add additional layers as needed depending on the desired effect, adjusting the placement of the glitter to create anything from scattered accents and layered effects to fuller glitter coverage.

Step 4:
Cure each layer for 30 seconds in an Akzéntz LED lamp.

Step 5:
Complete the service with the appropriate Akzéntz® top coat and cure according to the top coat instructions.
