Tidal Teal is a highly saturated iridescent glitter art gel from the Gel Play® Mermaid Collection, developed to create luminous, multidimensional nail art and shimmering effects.

Its concentrated teal glitter catches and reflects light to create an iridescent finish that changes in appearance depending on the lighting, viewing angle, and colour applied beneath. Layer over black or other dark shades for a more striking effect, or apply over lighter colours or clear for a softer, more delicate shimmer.

Tidal Teal is part of the Gel Play® Art Gel System. Compatible across Akzéntz® gel systems when used as directed.

Recommended Use

Tidal Teal can be applied over a cured gel colour or enhancement to create customized iridescent glitter effects. The colour underneath will influence the finished appearance, allowing the effect to range from soft and luminous to rich and dramatic.

Step 1:
Complete the service according to the appropriate Akzéntz® system protocol. Apply and cure the desired base colour. For greater contrast and a more dramatic iridescent effect, choose a dark shade such as black.

Step 2:
Using an appropriate Akzéntz® art brush, apply Tidal Teal in a thin, controlled layer over the desired area. Apply across the full nail or selectively for accents and detailed nail art.

Step 3:
Cure for 30 seconds in an Akzéntz LED lamp.

Step 4:
If additional intensity is desired, apply another thin layer and cure for 30 seconds.

Step 5:
Complete the service with the appropriate Akzéntz® top coat and cure according to the top coat instructions.
