The Gel Play® Pearlescent Powders Kit brings together six ultra-fine nail art powders designed to create luminous, light-reflective pearlescent effects over gel manicures.

Each finely milled pigment burnishes seamlessly into the surface of a cured no-wipe top coat, such as Akzéntz Shine-On™, transforming the underlying gel colour with a smooth, dimensional sheen. From delicate glazed-pearl finishes over light neutrals to richer effects over deeper colours, each powder creates a distinct finish influenced by the shade beneath it.

The complete kit includes six pearlescent shades, offering a versatile palette for glazed manicures, luminous overlays, dimensional nail art, and customized pearlescent effects.

The Pearlescent Powders Kit is part of the Gel Play® Art Gel System. Compatible across Akzéntz® gel systems when used as directed.

Recommended Use

Step 1: Apply Shine-On™
After completing the desired Akzéntz® builder or colour gel application, apply a thin, even layer of Akzéntz Shine-On™ over the entire nail. Cure for 30 seconds in an Akzéntz LED lamp.

Step 2: Apply Pearlescent Powder
Select the desired Pearlescent Powder. Using a gloved finger or microfibre applicator, rub the powder into the cured Shine-On™ surface. Use firm pressure and circular motions to burnish the pigment until a smooth, luminous finish is achieved.

Step 3: Seal
Remove excess powder with a dry Gel Wipe. Apply a second thin layer of Akzéntz Shine-On™ to fully seal the pigment and cure for 30 seconds in an Akzéntz LED lamp.

Additional Information:
Apply the powders over white, milky, nude, pink, or sheer shades for softer glazed-pearl effects. Layer over deeper colours to create greater contrast and more pronounced pearlescent finishes. Experiment with different base colours to customize the appearance of each powder.
