Platinum Quartz is a fine silver-toned shimmer and sparkle art gel from the Gel Play® collection, designed to create luminous, light-reflective dimension without the appearance of chunky glitter.

Its fine reflective particles create a delicate platinum sparkle that can be applied in thin, controlled layers. Wear Platinum Quartz on its own, layer it over gel colour to transform the finished look, or use it selectively to introduce subtle reflective detail.

Ideal for full-nail shimmer, gradients, French details, layered effects, accents, and intricate nail art.

Platinum Quartz is part of the Gel Play® Art Gel System. Compatible across Akzéntz® gel systems when used as directed.

Recommended Use

Platinum Quartz can be worn alone or layered over cured gel colour to create customized shimmer and sparkle effects. Different underlying colours can influence the overall appearance, while additional thin layers can be used to build greater concentration.

Step 1:
Before application, thoroughly stir Platinum Quartz to evenly distribute the fine reflective particles throughout the gel.

Step 2:
Complete the service according to the appropriate Akzéntz® system protocol. Apply and cure the desired base colour when using Platinum Quartz as a layered effect.

Step 3:
Using an appropriate Akzéntz® art brush, apply Platinum Quartz in a thin, controlled layer. Adjust the placement and concentration depending on the desired effect.

Step 4:
Cure for 30 seconds in an Akzéntz LED lamp. For greater shimmer concentration or dimension, apply another thin layer and cure again.

Step 5:
Complete the service with the appropriate Akzéntz® top coat and cure according to the top coat instructions.
