Inspired by the warm sunsets and vibrant lights of Miami Beach, Miami Sunset creates a dimensional shimmer effect that changes with movement, lighting, and the colour beneath it. Wear it alone for a more delicate effect or layer it over gel colour to transform the finished look and reveal new dimensions within the shimmer.

Shifter Miami Sunset is part of the Gel Play® Art Gel System and Miami Shifters Collection. Compatible across Akzéntz® gel systems when used as directed.

Recommended Use

Shifter Miami Sunset can be worn alone or layered over cured gel colour to create customized colour-shifting effects. Different underlying colours will influence the appearance of the finished effect, allowing Nail Artists to create a variety of looks from a single gel.

Step 1:
Before application, thoroughly stir Shifter Miami Sunset to ensure the effect pigments are evenly distributed throughout the gel.

Step 2:
Complete the service according to the appropriate Akzéntz® system protocol. Apply and cure the desired base colour when using Miami Sunset as a layered effect.

Step 3:
Using an appropriate Akzéntz® art brush, apply Shifter Miami Sunset in a thin, controlled layer over the desired area.

Step 4:
Cure for 30 seconds in an Akzéntz LED lamp. If greater depth or intensity is desired, apply another thin layer and cure again.

Step 5:
Complete the service with the appropriate Akzéntz® top coat and cure according to the top coat instructions.
