AKZENTZ KEYWORD OF THE MONTH CONTEST
Post pictures of your nails created with Akzentz products using our secret hashtag of the month and you could win great prize packages! This is not a skills contest and winners will be picked at random so don’t be shy and show off your work!
Post pictures of nails that you made our had made on your nails by a salon (prize awarded to the salon) on any social media service with the current month's hashtag. At the end of the month we'll randomly select one lucky winner and send them a prize package of awesome Akzentz products!
The Fine Print:
To be considered, photos must be:
• uploaded publicly on a popular social media platform like Instagram, FaceBook, Twitter, etc. with the proper keyword
• your own creation and not infringing on any other person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights, or must not otherwise contain content that is obscene, defamatory, derogatory or inappropriate.
Akzentz will determine the winning entry at random. Odds of wining depend on the number of entries received. You may enter more than once, but each photo must be of a unique nail set and limited to one entry per day.
The winner will be notified via reply message at the end of the month entered and will receive the prize within about one (1) week of confirmation of eligibility. We will share the winning photo, the photo's creator and their business name if requested on our website, and social media feeds.
By entering and submitting a photo, you grant Akzentz an unrestricted, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, and fully-transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute and display your photo, and except where prohibited by law, your name, likeness, and city of residence, for any and all marketing, advertising, promotional and other purposes, in any and all media and formats, without any obligation to pay compensation or any right of approval.
Employees of Akzentz, and its affiliated companies, its respective advertising or promotional agencies or members of any such employee’s immediate family or persons with whom such employees reside are ineligible to enter or win.
